A bit of a light post today, but still important. The comp is a 5 hour exam and the multis are 4 hours. Each hour is more draining than the next and so is each day. Even if you haven’t been snacking when writing your exams during your study period I would advise you to bring something just in case. You don’t want to be getting hungry mid-exam. These days are more draining than your study period.
Have a good breakfast first! You’ll need the energy. I saw over on Twitter this article pointed out for some suggestions on good breakfast food. The exam should start at 9 but there can be (and often are) delays at the start and at the finish so your day could easily go 6 hours or more.
Last point, be considerate of everyone else. You’re in a room with a lot of stressed out people so don’t bring your overly loud and crunchy food nor food with strong smells.
